You do need to consult a neurologist and evaluate her. Seizure medications are required and are to be continued to prevent any further attacks. Cure is unlikely but seizure can be controlled with medications.

It may be a condition called as pitryriasis versicolor. You can try terbi 1% cream night application for 3 weeks. If no improvement consult a skin specialist.

You should take a protein rich diet like eggs, chicken, milk, yogurt and nuts. Also take whole wheat grain like oatmeal, brown break, roti, brown rice along with fresh fruits and vegetables.
