Sir.
It is other way round. It is your hypertension that caused bleeding nose. Our nose has a lining membrane called nasal mucosa which contains blood vessels and due to aging they become stiff loosing ability to contract in response to injury/bleeding. Your hypertension creates increased pressure in the blood vessel leading to bleeding.
Correction of deviated nasal septum and removal of any spurs in the septum, may solve your problem provided hypertension is under control.

If nasal block is only on right side and no sneezing/running nose then it can be due to dns to rt but your ct report says only mild dns which should not cause such problem. Take second opinion of a ent spe and follow their advise. If dns is the cause then surgery is only option.

Listen friend more than 70 percent have some form of nasal septal deviation. Many are asymptomatic. They are treated surgically is a true statement but only if they are symptomatic. Like nasal obstruction, recurrent nasal bleed and obviously obstructive sleep apnoea a spectrum of disease associated with snoring, excessive day time somnolence and frequent night awakenings.
