Lipids in food are broken down into fatty acids (FA) in the duodenum by lipase enzyme and bile
And
Than in small intestine all the FA enter the enterocyte cells and in the cells TG are rebuild with cholestrol and protein to form chylomicrons
And which are excreted from the cells in to the lymph system and than in blood vessels and used by the tissues for energy purposes and extra TG are stored in the liver

Injecting a dilute solution (4%) of ethyl alcohol for chemical neurolysis is a good alternative to other conservative treatments (such as cortisone injections) and surgical options for foot neuromas. There are very few reported complications with this technique and the success rate is relatively high.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user. Your triglyceride level is very high. It means you have been taking food which is very rich in saturated fat. High triglyceride levels may lead to atherosclerosis of arteries which in turn may lead to blockage of arteries. I would advise you to follow a very strict diet and avoid eating oily and greasy food. Also you will be required to take medicine for reducing the triglyceride level. If you want a prescription for that you can message me or consult your physician.
