Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this

U can do the following to ease the symptoms of psoriasis
1. Prevent dry skin
use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. This can help prevent dry skin before it starts.
Sensitive skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and preventing plaques from forming.
2. Avoid fragrances
most soaps and perfumes have dyes and other chemicals in them that may irritate your skin. They can make you smell great, but they also can inflame psoriasis.

Hello, please don't use medicine given directly by the chemist, it affects your skin & the actual treatment doesn't work. So, in your case it has to be seen.
