Hi, lamisil, miconazole are all antifungal medicines so they should help. Along with creams, try and keep skin irritation free. Wear loose breathable fabrics. Sweating, moisture, pressure, warmth, friction can all make fungal infection worse so are to be avoided. Hi, fucibet is a steroid cream that can be used on psoriasis affected areas but only for a short time like 3 weeks. Don't use it for long. Do apply moisturizer like venusia max on the dry skin areas after bath and in evening to keep your skin comfortable. Continue moisturising your skin whenever there is dryness.
