dermaroller procedure should be done by expert dermatologist only. Self treatment can be harmful n non effective. Possible complication can be infection, irritation, swelling, erythema. It is important to make area (acne scar) numb before doing dermaroller. Otherwise it is painful. So, best advice for you, is to visit dermatologist.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner.
1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night.
By doing above thing you will get good result.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of milk and fine powder of turmeric+ajova on face, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of RUBYCLEAN liquid and 10 ml of honey along with 1 tablet of MAHALAXMIVILAS RASA, early in the morning and at night before sleep…. C) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals. D) take 1 tsf of FENNEL SEEDS after meals ……Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.
