I had my first education in the village too, because the school was poor, I came to know about neet exam very late in 12th. I tried to prepare a lot in 12th but I couldn't prepare well due to some mobile social media distraction then I took a drop .my first 10 days after starting I did my best then I got some backlog. I started making planner but couldn't follow it now I there is a lot of backlog .i am wearing earphones for 6-8 hours a day to backlogs lectures there is also a problem in my ears I have pain in my left ear. Sometimes after wearing the earphone, the left backside of the head has pinn point pain and my head has been numb from 12 days. I feel like I can't study but I am looking at this world new with my eyes everyone around me seems new but I am able to concentrate I think it is due to depression then I don't feel like going to bed I don't sleep early just tell me one thing I can study in this state why is it possible to use headphones instead of earphones? Otherwise, tell me a medicine for the ears. Ears become numb, if earphones wear, and the head is always numb. Is this is possible from high use of earphone or depression how to overcome head numbness. (can I solve my mental problem at home) I don't have my head numbness because backlog stress.

I am 26 year old guy. I have degree in computer applications, after completion of my graduation my classmates also did post graduation. After graduation till 2019 till now I have not made any career in my field I was not sure how to choose the right path because there are so many options in this technology. I cut myself off from all my classmates. Now recently a few months ago I found one of my classmate and he told me that he is working on this technology and earning good money. After listening to him, I thought that I should get a job by doing this technology. I came to know about the demand of job profile in the market. When I started studying in that technology so I got a headache I have such a belief that if I had not met that classmate, I might not have come to know that I have this career option as well. So I agree that classmate has made a huge contribution in my life. So I feel again and again that I have my secrets to earn money. I should share that with him even though I don't want to share with him I get a headache whenever I sit down to study that I did wrong I don't have the right to study. Dear Shubam,
You are young and intelligent. This obsessive thinking is making you worry about the friend and create headache. Once you are treated, you can spend your mental energy for the future. Along with the tablets, you need to undergo ERP (exposure and response prevention) therapy. It may take many months - bu...more

Probably that herbal preparation has altered your hormonal levels, which is apparent from the complaints you have mentioned. You need to consult the prescribing alternate medical specialist and get the needful done. Consult a gyne to get your cycles back to normalcy and get your mastalgia treated too. Good luck.

Such decisions are made after a thorough clinical assessment. Very difficult to comment without an assessment. Most important is to see response to treatment and then take process forward.

Thanks for putting up your query. Relapses suggest that the illness is not completely addressed or illness is progressive. Also depends forte contains escitalopram and clonazepam, and clonazepam being 'needed' for such a long time means illness is not completely addressed. Please discuss all issues with your doctor on follow up.
