It depends on the improvement of your symptoms for which you are taking mirtazapine and its duration. Better option can be, try to avoid taking medicine late night if it is so. Take it latest by 8.30 pm. If still drowsyness persist visit your doctor who prescribed you or whomever you have consulted.

Prolonged exposure to high levels of radon can potentially increase the risk of lung cancer. However, the risk is generally associated with long-term exposure and higher concentrations than what might typically occur in most homes.
While your concern is valid, it's important to consider that a short period of sealed windows and doors in your room is unlikely to significantly increase radon levels to a harmful extent. If you're worried about radon levels, you might consider testing your livin...more

Dear patient, i'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. Experiencing an abortion can lead to a mix of emotions and it's not uncommon to feel the way you're feeling. First of all, it's important to understand that there's no right or wrong way to feel after an abortion. Feelings of sadness, guilt, relief, or depression are all normal reactions. From a psychological perspective, if you're feeling depressed, it might be beneficial to seek support from a mental health professional. Cognitive...more

Kindly take the medicine only if a doctor has prescribed it. The point is that the medicine you take for depression only works on calming the symptoms. We call them nuerosuppresents. What they do is they basically calm you down until another dose is required. They never help you solve the underlying problem. The thing is that only therapy can do that. There are a lot of underlying thoughts or even trauma that needs to be resolved that will itself resolve the issue. The issues like sugar and high...more

Depends on your symptoms and how you’ve been able to manage it. You need to consult another psychiatrist to take any decisions related to medication and explain the progress of your treatment. Also to get off medication and manage symptoms better you need to take psychotherapy along side.

I had my first education in the village too, because the school was poor, I came to know about neet exam very late in 12th. I tried to prepare a lot in 12th but I couldn't prepare well due to some mobile social media distraction then I took a drop .my first 10 days after starting I did my best then I got some backlog. I started making planner but couldn't follow it now I there is a lot of backlog .i am wearing earphones for 6-8 hours a day to backlogs lectures there is also a problem in my ears I have pain in my left ear. Sometimes after wearing the earphone, the left backside of the head has pin point pain and my head has been numb from 12 days. I feel like I can't study but I am looking at this world new with my eyes everyone around me seems new but I am able to concentrate I think it is due to depression then I don't feel like going to bed I don't sleep early just tell me one thing I can study in this state why is it possible to use headphones instead of earphones? Otherwise, tell me a medicine for the ears. Ears become numb, if earphones wear, and the head is always numb. Is this is possible from high use of earphone or depression how to overcome head numbness. (can I solve my mental problem at home) I don't have my head numbness because backlog stress. But sir can I solve at home because I can't tell this problem with my parents my parent is so emotional &poor so and I am suffering from this problem my parents can't understand about depression my mom doing work in farm and this he have a eye operation also papa is doing work in farming I what can I do.

Firstly, it's important to prioritize your well-being. Your physical symptoms, such as pain in your left ear and numbness in your head, should be evaluated by a healthcare professional, preferably an ear specialist or an otolaryngologist. They can assess your symptoms, provide a proper diagno...more
