you are already on 80 mg fluoxetine. There is no need for buproprion. Sometimes excessoive dosage can lead to switch to mania. Better go for some relaxation exercises and activity scheduling. Thanks.

Generally taking this medication for lifetime is reserved for patients having frequent depression episodes or unresolving anxiety. If its your first episode, you can try and stop it after 9-12 months. Every medication has its own set of side effects, and this medication is no different. However you can consult your psychiatrist and ask them to look for any side effects in the long term.

Dear lybrate-user,
meditation works excellent to treat with depression & anxiety but mind you it is a very long process. It is a very deep connect of body mind & soul. In case you are uncomfortable, please do only guided meditation. You can try the headspace app
along with that kindly add the below things in your daily routine, a good vigorous exerci...more

Hi. Yes you can take nexito 5 mg maintaining 2 hour gap after breastfeeding the baby. You can further consult your psychiatrist for how much time you need to take the medications.
Part 2. Schizophrenic patients need to take their medications regularly whether breastfeeding baby or not. Same rule maintaining 2 hour gap between drug dose and breastfeeding. Important thing here is which medications are safe in breastfeeding. For that you must ask the same from your consulting psychiatrist.
