duration is suspicious. You should get it checked out immediately by a oral surgeon or oral medicine specialist. You can also visit your nearest dental hospital. Generally gums are not the common site for white patches, however it is possible. A physical check is needed to differentiate if this is common or cancerous.

Yup that's a common thing. U may have accidently broken some little fragment of teeth. U can meanwhile take some desentizing toothpaste for sensitivity and go to a dentist for the checkup of your concerned tooth cz you may need to smoothen edges of that teeth or reconstruct the lost part.

Irregular brushing technique with a worn off brush will certainly cause the tooth abrasion, gums to recede & thereby resulting in root exposure. Exposure of (dentin or cementum) layer of the tooth or trauma to the root nerve tissue causes Sensitivity.
