It might be due to dentin exposure which usually get treated by de-sensitizing paste or due to cavity/carious tooth for which you must visit a dentist to get it checked up or if necessary get an x-ray done.

Enamel is on the surface of every tooth and it has a natural hue of white. However, the underlying dentin layer has a slightly yellowish color. This yellowish hue shows through the enamel in almost everyone.
So don't think that yellow teeth are not healthy
Stains of tea and coffee also lead to discolouration. So just get a round of scaling done every year so that plaque calculus can be removed.

Hello,
Clonate lotion is used for skin conditions like Psoriasis , dandruff, redness and itching.Clonate Lotion is composed of Clobetasol(0.05%). It is used for corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. Its dosages and repetition depends upon your age severity of your problem.
So this will be in safer side if you consult the same doctor who has prescribed clonate lotion to use.
Take care and thanks.
