This white jelly discharge is due to weakness of glands and pelvic muscles. Hypersensitivity is one of the reason of early discharge but this is the main reason of premature ejaculation. Do kegel exercise regularly and take ayurveda help. To overcome this problem ayurvedic is best solution and 100% safe. For best results and better knowledge consult me online on Lybrate or book an appointment. We also provide our self made ayurvedic medicine course online at lowest price.

How to whiten our teeth

we have to know why they get yellow in the first place.

There are several factors

1.genetics
2.food and drink
3.oral hygiene.

A tooth is made up of 4 tissues-enamel, dentin, pulp and cementum.

The enamel and dentin is what play the biggest role in color.

First of all, no need to brush for half hour. 10 minutes is enough. The more you brush the more yellow it will become coz the first layer enamel is whiter than the deeper dentin layer. You can go for bleaching starting from 5000.

Worn fillings
Gum disease
Worn tooth enamel
Exposed tooth root

everyone doesn't have pearl white teeth. your teeth color matches your skin colour. you can go for scaling and polishing followed by bleaching for more whiter teeth. avoid harsh brushing. it will make your teeth look more yellow by eroding the whiter enamel n expound the yellower dentin.
