Centrilobular nodules can be seen in a variety of diseases that spread along airways like viral bronchitis, Tuberculosis, Hypersensitivity pneumonitis, Silicosis etc. HRCT lung window needs to be seen for exact localisation, type of nodules and their distribution along with clinical correlation.
