Your teeth are going black means it's due to caries. Don't wait for too long otherwise caries will destroy your teeth. Get it filled by your dentist. The second problem is of yellow teeth which can be due to improper brushing or can be a natural color of your teeth. I am saying natural color means it can be due to more transparency of outer layer of tooth (enamel) or dark yellow color of your second layer (dentin) of your tooth.

Teeth sensitivity is a result of loss of outer most layer (enamel) of teeth. That can be due to:
- tooth grinding
- acidic beverages (such as soda) that cause enamel erosion and dentin exposure.
- brushing with a very abrasive toothpaste, brushing incorrectly and/or brushing more than three times a day could result in a loss of enamel.

If the cavity is small i mean when the cavity is within the enamel and dentin thn the teeth can be filled a cement if it is bit deep thn we can do pulp capping bt if it is already in pulp it needs to get treated with pulp therapy.

Hi.Shy nm would give you results in 2 months and moreover u have to apply n leave for 3 months before brushing.Although toothpaste is helpful in initial stages of sensitivity. .If still problem persists then you need to get your teeth checked carefully from dentist.

Please show to a near by dentist and get a radiograph made. If there are changes in the radiograph as well. RCT will be the best bet.Or else remove the tooth which i never suggest unless its the last resort.

For yellow teeth....you can get teeth bleaching done...at the dentist.. oral b is a good paste for general health of the teeth...and for cleaning you can get teeth cleaning done at the dentist...
