Hello
as you have mentioned you have problem while eating hard food there can be many reasons for this. The most common reason is pyorrhoea or periodontitis. What is the nature of the pain? If pain is intermittent without much discomfort then I think it may be due to eating something hard. If the pain is continuous then it is quite possible that the nerve is infected. Its better to get it checked out from a nearby dentist.

It’s also called nursing bottle caries as the decay spreads due to feeding milk during the night & putting the baby or children to sleep without brushing. Hence early diagnosis and initiation of preventive and restorative therapies are imperative in its management. Rampant caries can affect the early permanent dentition if the child has improper dietary habits and poor oral hygiene maintenance.

Hello. Welcome to Lybrate. If you feel like the color doesn't match with adjacent teeth, you can do restoration again. Check if you have any discomfort regarding the filling done. Do you feel any sensitivity. There are possibilities for this. So verify it. If you have further doubts. You can ask me. Thank you.

Hello Lybrate user.
I personally suggest colgate total and colgate charcoal. But the tooth paste alone is not enough to maintain oral hygiene. Brush twice daily. Use dental floss. Use interdental brushes. Use mouth washes. Consult me for further details. Thank you.
