You should consult dentist for full mouth scailling. You can not remove plaque fully at home. If plaque will remains in it's position it can cause gingivitis or any other dental problems.

This is normal if it occurs in 3 months as there are submandibular duct opening near lower front teeth region which causes heavy deposits of calculus and plaque in this region. Kindly visit your dentist in at least 4-6 months for getting your teeth cleaned (Oral Prophylaxis/scaling).

Only way to stay from plaque is to maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice daily and use mouthwash at night before sleep. Get scaling done every 6 months.
