Hello lybrate-user,
you are already having artificial bridge in your mouth. Implant are good because putting implant you don't have to take support from adjacent teeth. They are fixed into the bone like a natural tooth. Esthetically and functionally they are the best option of replacing the tooth.

Normal nothing can be established when the teeth you have lost are replaced. Implants are absolutely safe.

You can go ahead with the implants for your missing teeth replacement as they provide good long term prognosis and natural feel to your teeth but remember teeth which were shortened for support of your fpd need to be covered with cap.

The cost of a good quality swiss implant is around rs. 14, 000/- as I charged and artificial tooth on it would be from rs. 3, 000/- (metal ceramic), rs. 6, 000/-(emax) and rs, 8, 000/-(zirconia)
