That seems to be normal. Wisdom teeth are more in bone than other teeth. So wound after removal of wisdom tooth is always greater than other teeth. You may require painkiller for 2-3 days more. Continue rinsing your mouth with warm salt water every 4-5 hours a day to keep the wound clean. Take B complex and Vitamin C capsule or tablet to help healing fast. Hope the condition improves within 2-3 days.
