A xray should b taken to rule out any pinpoint exposures n infection below the roots u can get a X-ray done n send on line

This is a common problem, most of times the cavity is deep and even the X-ray shows borderline case. Take medicines. Doctor has to clean whole cavity or carious part before filling .sometimes pulp horns are exposed while cleaning. Do as your dentist suggests.

It might due to third molar ... kindly get the tooth extracted and get an xray done of the region .. without clinical assessment one cannot judge situation

You have to get either of root canal or tooth extraction based on the severity. There are no much effective medications. But you do oil pulling with medicated oil to reduce the pain and swelling.

You may require filling or rct depending upon extent of cavity. Radiograph required before treatment plan.

Silver amalgam fillings are no more recommended in the present scenarios. The best way to get the cavity filled is by composite resins which are more conservative to fill and are tooth coloured. The cost of treatment is variable from dentist to dentist. On an average a qualified and experienced dentist will charge round about 1000 to 1800 rupees for tooth.

What do you feel exactly. If you only feel weakness, it may be because of weakness in muscles and ligaments. Fillings in the teeth dnt make you feel weakness in bones.
