Skin shine is a steroid cream and should not be used for a long time as it may have many side effects. Good that you have stopped it now and started using kojivit ultra which has no steroids and won't have the side effects and is safe for long term use. Also use a sunscreen everyday which will help in prevention of pigmentation.

Panderm nm cream is a steroid cream and should not be used for a long time. It may cause stretch marks and cataract and glaucoma and multiple infections. Consult a dermatologist at the earliest and change the cream, also get your eyes tested by opthalmologist to rule out the steroid side effects.
