If your cavity is deep. Glass ionomer filling is good.
For mild cavity composite is good.
Both are tooth color fillings.

As such if everything is normal then there will be no complications in removal of tooth. But if it can be saved then it's better to save your natural tooth than implanting artificial. Clinical examination is important for decision.

You can try a gum paint .. but if the tooth is shaking it will keep on shaking ... as there would be boneless around the tooth .. secondly ...we would have to assess the condition of neighbouring teeth as well ..

As far as tooth decay is concerned, filling are the permanent treatment to this condition. Taking pain killers or brushing twicw or thrice will not help. They will give you only temporary relief. Once tooth decay has occured its better to get filling done otherwise delaying it may worsen condition over a period of time which may lead to root canal treatment or surgery.

Hi, treatment with dental braces can be performed at any age. But having said that what is also true is that the earlier you seek treatment, results are likely to be faster & better. So please don't delay it any further. Also seek appointment with an orthodontist (specialist for braces) for best results. Hope this helps. All the best.
