platelet count low. Every alternate day you need to go for platelet count. If it's upto 45 ,000 you can stay home with absolute bedrest.
Treatment
gudcef cv 200 two times a day after food for five days or till fever persist
calpol 650 four times a day after food.
Montek lc one at night for five days or more.
Pan d one in empty stomach for seven days.
Platiza tab three times a day after food for five days. (papaya base) to increase platelet.

This is not uncommon in dengue. Usually indicative of increased severity of disease maintaining fluids electrolytes balance is advisable follow your treating doctor advice else consultation is advisable.

1. Tell her to drink lot of water.
2. For fever- take only paracetamol tablet (dolo 650).
3. Repeat the platelets count after 2 days.

Yes. 2nd infection of dengue is usually more serious. So you should be careful. A good measure to control mosquitoes around your house should be taken. Do not let water accumulate anywhere around your house, mosquitoes usually develop in artificial source of water.
