Treatment of dengue consists of pain medications and fluids
treatment includes fluids and pain relievers. Severe cases require hospital care. The platelets are the cells that circulate within our blood and bind together when they recognize damaged blood vessel. When you get a cut, for example, the platelets bind to the site of the damaged vessel, thereby causing a blood clot to stop us from bleeding.

No specific treatment for dengue fever exists. Your doctor may recommend that you drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration from vomiting and a high fever.

Severe headaches.

Severe joint and muscle pain.

Nausea.
Vomiting.
Skin rash, which appears two to five days after the onset of fever.
There is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. If you think you may have dengue fever, you should use pain relievers with acetaminophen and avoid medicines with aspirin, which could worsen bleeding. You should also rest, drink plenty of fluids.
