Doctor mere mom k brain ka MRI kiye jisme report me likha h. 1.intra axial round lesion with well defined margin in right temporal lobe medical aspect noted, Measuring 1.1×1.2 cm.the lesion appears isointense to grey matter on T1W hyperintense on T2/FLAIR sequences with mild restricted diffusion. No obvious enhancement on post contrast sequence. On spectroscopy mild elevated choline peak with reduced NAA noted. 2. Probably representing low grade glioma (needs evolution). 3.small vessels loop is seen abutting root entry zone of left trigeminal nerve. No obvious morphological or signal alteration noted. Well, it's is a small lesion, anthor option is stereotactic biopsy, surgery, is done for confirmation of the pathology that it's a tumor or any infection.

My Lipid Profile reports: Triglycerides 401, Total Cholesterol 182, LDL Cholesterol 125, HDL Cholesterol 29, Total Cholesterol/HDL Cholesterol Ratio 6.28, Total Cholesterol/HDL Cholesterol Ratio 4.31. Can I have any advice in this regard?

Sedentary Lifestyle Physically in active
diabetes
hypothyroidism
metabolic syndrome
Cushing’s syndrome
Bad dietary pattern
kidney disease
Drinking and smoking
High protein intake
