I am 45 years old have nerve damage and degenerated disk, arthritis in knee have also fibromyalgia. I need to know what would be good to take my terrible pain away. I can't sleep for hurting. What medicine is the best for pain.

There is a point in any painful disease like yours that continuing taking pills doesn't do an effective job. And there is no pill absolutely none that is safe beyond a year and half of use. All of them affect organs and can cause permanent damage. You probably need a surgical remedy and I would recommend seeing a surgeon for the same.

Yes you should. Apart from preventing a STD, it can also prevent unplanned pregnancy even after prolactinosis. You still can get pregnant.

No it cannot be reversed. For the condition not to progress further you need to take physiotherapy and do neck exercises.
