Asked for female, 32 years old from Delhi

Mother of 3 months old boy. Had a csec delivery, my milk was low since birth of my child. Now I am having very low milk supply just 10 ml, have tried everything latching baby every 2 hrs, lactare tablets, lactonic granules, pumping nothing is working. Please suggest what should I do to increase my supply.

Stimulus for milk secretion is sucking by baby. Frequent suckling by baby will help increased milk secretion. Increase your fluid intake. Take milk and milk products. Try not to give top feed to baby thinking that your milk is not enough for baby. Perseverence will definitely pay. Give your feedback after following this advice for at least 15 days.

Hello. I had a baby 6 months ago. I noticed after giving birth that my urethra opening is very visible when it used to be hard to find. I don't feel any pain, discomfort, heaviness, or any incontinence. Two obgyn doctors have said I don't have a prolapse and I even went to a pelvic floor specialist and she said I don't have any prolapse. So why is it that I can find my urethra opening very easy when it was hard to find before childbirth? I am still breastfeeding my 6 month old.

I deliver 2nd baby by cesarean in november 2020, after that I starting mild spotting in every 10 to, 15 days for 2, to 3don't know its period or spotting after delivery. Don't have fixed date of spotting it start at ny date since it's been 5 months of my delivery. What to do pls suggest?

Jab breast feeding chalu hota hai tab period na aaye, ya late aaye, ya kam aaye vo sab mumkin hai. Isliye ye vakt pe kam fail hone vali family planning method istamal karna jarur hai nahi to har dafe pregnancy ki shanka rahti hai.

Meri 25 november ko seizeren delivery hui. 27 dec ko meri bleeding off huya. Fir thoda spot hi hote the. Uske bad 8 january se mere pure din me ek bar bleeding hoti h, kbi 2 din tk kuch ni aata. Fir achanak ho jati h bleeding. Or 8 january se aaj 4 feb ho gyi. please help me ye kb bnd hogi bleeding or mera period kb aayenge.
