Hello Lybrate user. The sudden blisters has to be treated soon. First I advice you to consult a general physician regarding sudden swelling in the lips. It can occur due to allergy or severe diabetics. Diabetics makes periodontal complications. So I advice you to check the diabetic level and consult a diabetologist. RCT is best treatment. Till now take very fine (like maida) and mustard oil and lavang oil. Do 'gandoosh' (Ayurvedic doctors will tell you). Also do phitkari khulla twice to thrice a day for few days.

do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Yes absolutely safe but please get your teeth replaced by implant or any other prosthesis as it may cause mobility of lower teeth and that may cause malalingement.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment.
