Periods will be extended due to the progesterone and won't be affected by intercourse. However, primolut is not a contraceptive. If you plan to get physical, better take an ocp like novelon or choice.

If you have counted from first day of bleeding then intercourse only once on 5 th day of period will not lead to pregnancy. If you are doubtful any time doing pregnancy test is easy.

No, but depending on which days of cycle taken one may get pregnant and then of course one does not get period with pregnancy.

You need a physical examination for treatment of your pain. To delay periods, start Crina NCR 15 mg once daily after food 3-4 days before your due date and continue till you don't want periods.
