"as" per your clinical history is concerned do take (neurobion forte tab) once a day at bedtime, check your hemoglobin% and if low add iron capsules regularly, do check your fasting blood sugar and kidney function tests to rule out other causes. Do exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight as you are overweight.
