Based on your age and the problems you are describing, you are having an enlarged prostate. Alkasol won't be helpful in this case. A few tests can be done to determine the size of the prostate and the severity of your problem. If in the early stages, it can be well controlled with proper medication and even reduce the size. Dear User, if your urine output is proper and you do not have any kidney issues then it is just thirst. I would suggest you to stay hydrated and probably add ORS and Coconut water too. They are rich in electrolytes and will keep you energetic. If this problem happens in winter, it is due to dehydration as you don't feel like drinking water during the cold weather. Since when r you having this problem. Is there any burning in urine. Do you need to get up at night to pass urine. What is color of your urine. I need details. In the meanwhile follow this 1. You maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2. Do change your undergarments at least 2 times a day
3. Wear cotton underclothes. 4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids. 5. Keep the area dry.
