Good evening. Lichen planus is quite an itchy and stubborn. Topical corticosteroids are the 1st choice especially when lesions are few in number. If still actively persistent or worsening, stronger creams/ointments may be tried along with tablets/capsules to control the disease activity. Even if lichen planus is controlled, it tends to leave behind marks which are very persistent and difficult to treat.

You need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. If its negative then need to do sonography.
