If you have cvi there are 3 modalities for therapy, compression stockings of grade iii are a must for a long duration to avoid any swelling, limb elevation and fluid restriction can be helpful, taking anti coagulants as prophylaxis is indicated, however using aspirin and clopidogrel for cvi is not effective, warfarin was earlier prescribed but with safe anti coagulants like xarelto 15 mg od no need for above medications. I hope you are taking this anticoagulant injection regularly on the advice and follow up of a doctor and not increasing it on your own . The swelling at the injection site is not a real problem and make sure it is not pus forming

Weight loss will be preferable first by diet and if not possible by bariatric surgery. Assessment for spider veins should be done by venous doppler to see for underlying varicose vein whicn then may need treatment. Spider veins per se can be treated by microsclerotherapy.
