A stroke is an interruption of the blood supply to any part of the brain. It is also referred to as a brain attack. If blood flow was stopped for longer than a few seconds and the brain cannot get blood and oxygen, brain cells can die, and the abilities controlled by that area of the brain are lost.

A blood clot in the brain can cause an ischemic stroke which is caused by an artery to the brain becoming blocked and starving a portion of the brain of oxygen and nutrients.
Blood thinner medicines don’t dissolve the clot, but they can stop it from getting bigger and keep new ones from forming.
You may need to discuss your complete medical history in detail so that we can figure out the best possible treatment.

Fainting is due to sudden unconciousness, this occurs because of lack of supply oxygen to the brain. Cause of this problem are many like neurologenic (malfunction of nerve systems), occasionally(due emotional mental and physical), etc about sherving it happens because when there is lack oxygen body become cold. I think better you consult with doctor and do proper diagnose on your condition.
