Peptic ulcers usually cause pain after eating. Bloating and dyspepsia. Nausea and vomiting also. Complication can be hemorrhage, perforation or gastric outlet obstruction. Avoid pain killers, spicy, oily and junk food. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Healthy timely diet is a best precaution.
