Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Mouth ulcers are painful sores that appear in the mouth. Although they're uncomfortable, they're usually harmless and most clear up by themselves within a week. Rinse your mouth several times a day. You can use 1 cup of warm water mixed with 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1/8 teaspoon salt, followed by rinsing your mouth with plain water. Use an extra-soft toothbrush and a mild toothpaste. You can soften your toothbrush in hot water before using it. Take care.

Most Probably these are self healing aphthous ulcers which ideally should heal in 1-2 weeks. Since it is a self healing lesion, you need not worry much until it gets prolonged for over a month. For relief you can use Anaesthetic gels and take multivitamin capsules. Also use a mouthwash for oral hygiene maintainance.
