Hello since its almost 1 year after DVT AND presently with no complaints you can revert back to your normal routine. Even your present medication is of basic variety which is a good sign that you r doing well with minimum medication.
U can do any sort of regular exercise, which suits u.
The only precaution you have to take is do not have a long distance travel and avoid prolonged periods of immobilisation ie sitting for long time.

Hello lybrate-user, good you can even do skipping daily but do some stretches before you start skipping. Eat healthy & nutritious diet. Include fruits & veggies, nuts in your daily diet.
