Yes there are medications, but need to be evaluated fully before being prescribed. Consult a nearby psychiatrist.

I hope you are taking this anticoagulant injection regularly on the advice and follow up of a doctor and not increasing it on your own . The swelling at the injection site is not a real problem and make sure it is not pus forming
