walking difficulty can be due to a lot of causes in a 20 year old person.
It can be due to stroke, or a spinal cord disease or a muscle disease. It can be differentiated only with a detailed history, examination and investigations. Emg is an investigation only. Only after knowing the diagnosid, we can say treatable or not. You can upload details.

I am sriharsh. Age is 38 years. Weight 96 kg. Height is 5 ft 10 inch. Suddenly I got unconscious for 3-4 minutes. During that time face slightly moves to one side, bites my tongue hardly, body severe. All this happens suddenly without any symptom. This happened 2 times with me. 1st in 11th march and 2nd in 7th july. After mri scan report came that there is a low grade glioma in frontal right lobe. Is it a tumor, is it cancer?
