It can be jock itch/fungal infection. U can try this
wash the affected skin two to three times a day.
Keep the affected area dry.
Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear.

Hi, the pigmentation on your face needs to be assessed to advise proper treatment. If demelan has not given you improvement in a month, go for a follow up with your dermatologist for reassessment. Do continue strict sun protection measures and a sunscreen like la shield or neutrogena applied liberally and repeated 2 hrly if out in sun to prevent further skin damage.

Cut a large lemon in half. Squeeze out some of the juice from both halves so that you have two hollow halves or "cups. Apply this on joint. You can rub away any excess pulp, but don't wash area for about 3 hours. Wash off the lemon juice with some warm water. Repeat this every day until the dark skin begins to fade.

As already answered- since when is she having this?What r other symptoms that she is experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. Without pics just saying dark shed will not help in diagnosing. Also for teeth you need to consult dentist for a checkup....more
