Hello lybrate-user
lovely report. Congratulations.
Hopefully a partial Nephrectomy has been done saving the rest of the kidney.
This report suggests you have a low risk less aggressive tumor although Lymphovascular invasion may signify some nodal Mets.
Just keep a good follow up every 6 months with USG abdo pelvis for the next 3 years
Regards.

Stomach bloating is caused mainly because of air swallowing known as erophagia.
The other causes are irritable bowel syndrome, dyspepsia, constipation ,celiac disease, sprue, bowel obstruction etc

Mr. lybrate-user, Gout occurs because of deposition of uric acid crystals in and around the joint space. So there are drugs given which help excrete uric acid plus NSAIDs to control acute pain and inflammation. As a precaution following food s should be avoided: red meat, organ meat, certain sea foods like scallops, sardines, salmon, haddock, herring, mushrooms. Mussels and alcohol and sweetened aerated drinks. Thanks.

Hi. It's a very common complain after GB removal. See it will take 2 to 3 months for body to adapt and perform regular digestion. It's just 1 week post surgery. Some element of surgical stress as well as side effect of medicines also present initially. Continue a low fat soft bland diet, continue to take antacids. He will be fine need not worry.

Dear lybrate-user, please remember that doctors do not treat tests. They treat the patients. So first tell me what problems are you having. And why did you do the test? If you are not having any symptoms and still you have high uric acid levels, nothing needs Tobe done unless and until it is more than 12.5 mg/dl.
For more details and an individualized treatment and diet plan get back with the details and reports
regards.
