You can also get this important nutrient in some nutritional yeasts, as well as from fortified cereals and soy milk. Vegans need to take a vitamin-b supplement daily. You can add fermented foods like idli or dosa or sprouts to improve vitamin b12 in your diet too. Dairy like curd or buttermilk are helpful in improving the gut bacteria as they help too.

- Vitamin deficiency can be found by blood check up
- for cold do steam inhalation twice a day
- take tablet Okacet - C, 1 tablet three times a day after meals
- avoid all cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, tea, coffee, milk, soup.
