Use a wet, warm compress over an epidermoid cyst to encourage it to drain and heal. The washcloth should be hot but not so hot that it burns the skin. Place it over the cyst two to three times a day.
Ideally you should let the cyst drain on its own. Please wait for some time till it comes out on its own.

The hormonal imbalance in your body due to pcos trigger oil glands to produce excess amounts of an oily substance called sebum. When sebum, dead skin cells and bacteria clog up your pores, inflammation sets in and pimples develop. Oily and fried foods disrupts hormonal activity in your body leading to inflammation which drives up oil gland production, making your skin oilier and inviting to acne bacteria and pimples----------------------------.

Tanya! PCOS is a very common problem now a days. Do not worry. I think the doctor who prescribed you hormonal treatment should have prescribed you antibiotics like dixycyclins also. This would have taken care of your pus filled lesions. You can send us your latest pics and get a proper prescription also. Good luck. Avoid stress as it also exacerbates acne.
