I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
For people with very large and uncomfortable hydroceles, surgery to remove them might be the best option. Another treatment option is to drain the hydrocele using needle aspiration.in this procedure, a doctor inserts a long needle into the sac to draw out the fluid.

The size of the scrotum can vary throughout the day. If the baby lies down or sleeps, the swelling often goes down. In most cases, communicating hydroceles do not cause an infant any pain. If a hydrocele is non-communicating, it does not change in size.

Try to avoid trauma or get it operated.better on their own without any treatment. If you have a large bone cyst or the cyst starts to cause symptoms, you may need treatment to remove it or drain the fluid from it.

Most patients show significant improvement in about three to four weeks of start of treatment, full length of treatment is usually for about four months. Some patients may need longer course of medication.
It is possible to avoid surgery in most cases, if timely homeopathic treatment is used.

Hi, I have been recently diagnosed with a unilocular cyst, and I am currently undergoing treatment. Prior to my diagnosis, I suddenly developed a lot of facial hair and weight gain but now my weight has returned to its normal self as well as the facial hair is gone (i did facial hair removal a couple of times, and the regrowth doesn't seem to happen as much as it did the initial time). I have been having medicine for cyst for the last 3 months, but one more additional problem is also bugging me a lot lately. It occurred nearly at the time I went for a cyst diagnosis. My hair falls a lot daily and consistently. My hair is thinning daily at a tremendous rate and at the moment I don't have a solution to it. I am also not sure whether this is happening because of the medicine I am taking for the cyst, or the cyst itself, or due to some hormonal disbalance (rise in testosterone levels, androgen, dht, or something similar) in the body, which I suspect was the underlying cause for the cyst to happen at the first place. It would be of great help to me if anyone can shed some light regarding this matter, as this is troubling me a lot and I am going through a lot of stress right now. Thank you
