Get your semen analysis done. If semen is normal and you don't have any pain or discomfort because of varicocele, you may leave it alone. All types of varicoceles do not need surgery. Surgery is required only if it interferes with your sexual pleasure, there is some pain or discomfort, or for your sperm count is less. Good luck.

Hello-
beware! let me clear two acts for you.
1) masturbation is the main cause behind varicocele in young adults, but since you ave consulted a allopathic surgeon, he will not accept masturbation as its cause. 2) surgery is not an ideal treatment for varicocele as it has more than 70% chances of recurrence within 6-8 months. Cutting an affected part will not help, as the tendency to form a varicocele is still there.
Male infertility and varicocele (also known as pampiniform plexus) ...more

Hello-
an epididymal cyst occurs when the long, coiled tube behind the testicles called the epididymis becomes filled with fluid and can't drain. If the cyst contains sperm, it's known as a spermatocele. This form of testicular lump is very common. It most often resolves on its own.

When mitochondria are damaged, cells undergo apoptosis, which is the mechanisms of action of several types of chemotherapy, including imatinib. Vitamin c helps to preserve the health of mitochondria; hence, a negative effect is created against these chemotherapy drugs' mechanism of actction. Desmoid tumors (aggressive fibromatosis) are not a cancer because they do not spread to other parts of the body. Often they do not grow or cause symptoms, but some desmoids can grow aggressively.
