Hello Lybrate user. After dinner, may be the temporary filling in the teeth is removed. Even if it's a part of teeth also. There will be no problem. Don't worry. There is no need to extract the teeth. But I advice you to do temporary filling again and wait and then you can do crown fixation. Hello. After the first sitting, mostly they remove your infected tissue, gain access into the root, maybe even clean it and then place the temporary filling. At this stage the tooth tends to feel weaker. I would suggest you to get your treatment completed as soon as you get the chance!

Hello it is unlikely that your mom has dvt as she already on blood thinners. It can be a hematoma or ecchymosis due to her blood thinners. Stop the blood thinners and do a complete blood count and a coagulogram.
