Hi. The teeth that is not in proper alignment will not cause stammering but it may pose discomfort while speaking. I would suggest you to visit your nearby dentist as per your convenience and if the milk teeth is still present get it extracted and then go for braces so as to bring out the teeth which is inwards into proper alignment.

Yup that's a common thing. U may have accidently broken some little fragment of teeth. U can meanwhile take some desentizing toothpaste for sensitivity and go to a dentist for the checkup of your concerned tooth cz you may need to smoothen edges of that teeth or reconstruct the lost part.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Hi,
the reason for your yellow teeth can be deposits on the teeth for which you should get scaling (teeth cleaning) done by a dentist. If the stains are intrinsic then you might have to go for bleaching.

Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc.) genetics. You may have a yellow bacterial film called “plaque” that occurs naturally in mouth that can build up. if not removed it hardens to form tartar.
