Grilinctus syrup is not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Stop the syrup. Do steam inhalation 3 times a day. Gargle with warm salt water often. Brush twice daily and clean your tongue (as it can be a breeding place for bacteria).

You can use oral dispersable strip-rizatriptan 5 mg wen ever needed for migraine- if you already have diagnosed migraine problem, acidity is common in pregnancy, you can take antacid syrups, crocin it self can cause acidity, don't use it.
