Rest when needed.

Try avoiding medicines for menstrual cramps you can drink hot water as it will reduce the gastric pain in the stomach as during menstrual cycles there will be more gastric pain along with cramps. If you do not feel better then use meftal spas medicine which will help you to reduce with pain.

It is called pregnancy induced back ache and you will have severe pain in the lower back especially there will be more gap in the lower back and bed which should be filled by strengthening the abdominal muscles and also post maternity corset should be worn to build the muscle tone.

In such lockdown time we are seeing more and more cases of leg pain and cramps later diagnosed to have clots in veins of leg which happens due to inactivity and sedentary lifestyle plus dehydration due to summer. We tend to not exercise during lockdown time. So be careful. Keep doing stretching exercises for legs and drink lots of water
