Cramping Questions

Asked for male, 23 years old from Delhi

Hello sir. I'm a 22 year old male. Please I beg you to read this completely. From the past 4 weeks, I have the complain of almost constant feeling of fever (with no fever on thermometer ), weakness, fatigue and malaise. Initially, I dismissed it attributing to some viral infection that is causing this low grade fever and will resolve itself. I regularly workout and due to this fever, I have not been able to go to the gym. I feel the following symptoms: 1.) feeling of feverish sensation in body. It feels like my body is on fire. My palms and soles get sweaty and sweat can be easily seen in the lines of my palms. Everything feels hot to touch. My parents touch my body and say that the temperature is normal but when I touch myself, it feels very hot. My eyes feel like they are mildly burning. Neck area pains with a dull ache. 2.) I had some traces of blood in my stool. The toilet bowl water generally turns bright oranges red after I defecate. I have cramps and diarrhea that recur after every 2-3 days. This has also made me very weak 3.) my tongue gets frequently reddish and swollen. It heals itself and then gets red and swollen again after some time this has been repeating. My parents suspected that I have "heat" in my stomach so I have been taking buttermilk, cool beverages, watermelons etc I have seen 2 gp's, who gave me evion lc and nutrolin b plus. They helped with the energy and fatigue issue but only till I took them. I have seen a gastroenterologist as well, and he has ordered hemogram tsh kft vitamin d3 levels tissue transglutaminase antigen test ct enterography and colonoscopy and ileoscopy. He told me that for stomach issues I have ibs probably. But ibs doesn't causes fever and weakness. So far, the blood test results have come and all are normal. I'm still not able to understand what is causing this fever in me. People and doctors previously have dismissed it by saying that I don't have fever, but I do feel feverish. My soles and palms get sweaty and sticky. I feel weak and am not able to workout. I am well aware of my energy levels and the intensity of my exercise, but now I can't do it. I can't do even normal physical activity. I get tired easily. So there is something that is still not being diagnosed. Please help me understand it. Is it typhoid? Is it epstein barr virus? And please please please rule out cfs/me. I am very scared of that. I have my whole life in front of me and my college is about to end. I don't know but for over a month, my life has been very bad and miserable. I'm not able to live a normal life I take the following medications right now:- bupropion hydrochloride for anxiety and depression (6 months plus, I assure you that this feverish sensation and weakness has nothing to do with my anxiety. I can tell the difference) meva sr for cramps (started this week) probiotics and probiotics (started this week) apart from that, I took nvm, evion lc, folitas, fish oil, l-thiamine supplements before. Please help me know what is the cause. I want to get perfectly normal as soon as possible. This feverish sensation, hot soles and palms, weakness and loss of energy is really very bad I sincerely request you to please make me understand what is the problem. Also, this feverish feeling of burning has happened to me before twice. It happened last year, when it resolved after 1 week itself. But now, it is not. Please help me. Thanks and regards.

Hello,
thanks for your query on Lybrate
"as" per your clinical history is concerned it is normal and it happens due hormonal imbalance and it happens after (ipill) so nothing to be worried at all and it will go away soon.
Hope that helps and wish you a good health.

Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also abdominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.

My cousin had a sexual intercourse at 1/12/18 and she had an ipill after that she is 21 years old. After that she had experienced symptoms like frequent urination ,tiredness, vomiting, abdominal cramping etc. Her last period was 9/11/18. After i-pill consumption she had a period flow at 18/12/18. But she s not even sure its a period or what .she thinks it might be an implantation bleeding, because she did not felt any cramping and the flow was too less and lasted a day. She had 2 urine test at 16/12/18 and 30/12/18 both went negative and she had a beta hcg blood test at 16/1/19. It went negative. Her hcg level was 1.2.she had her second period at 17/1/19.in the beginning it started with some blood drops, later the flow got heavy. The blood was too in pinkish shade and watery she also does nt effected by heavy stomach pain ,pain was too less. Bleeding lasted for 9 days .normally her period came with heavy stomach pain used to last 4 days. Her sister had an odd blood bleeding while she was pregnant. And that blood flow lasted 7 days and it was in pinkish and watery in format. Is there any chances for pregnancy? She took beta hcg test after 45 days after intercourse if she s pregnant the result gonna be positive right. But it was negative. So can we fix these are the side effects of ipill? Not by pregnancy? She had milky discharge recently ,yesterday she had light pink discharge is this because of period contraction? What s the reason of a watery pinkish period for which had later 9 days. Pinkish blood flow is vit usual in periods right? Is this all because of i-pill consumption? Please help?

It's a pity that emergency medicine is used for routine prevention of unwanted pregnancy
these pills are loaded with hormones which can make period delayed erratic irregular or heavy
and when the woman wants to have a baby, she has to visit innumerable infertility clinics
take care and don't give her more hormones
let nature work for making period regular.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
