No mention of which covid test was done? Swab, antibody or pcr test. First confirm the presence of fever and range. Hence record mouth temperature at 7 am, 11 am, 6 pm and 10 pm every day. For few days. If temp is above 98.6 f you should consult a physician or contact on telephone for investigations to be done on finding the cause of fever.
