Your serum creatinine level (2.20) is on the higher side and also hbv surface antigen positive (which may be positive from the earlier days also. No mention of which covid test was done? Swab, antibody or pcr test. First confirm the presence of fever and range. Hence record mouth temperature at 7 am, 11 am, 6 pm and 10 pm every day. For few days. If temp is above 98.6 f you should consult a physician or contact on telephone for investigations to be done on finding the cause of fever.
